ALBACORE TUNA

The Albacore Tuna, known also as the longfin tuna. Depending on size, its flesh ranges from whitish-pink to deep pink in color. It’s the lightest and mildest in flavor of all tunas. It is suitable for many different preparations.

 

Suggested Preparations: Raw (sashimi, sushi, poke, ceviche), Seared, Broiled, Baked, Sautéed, Fried, Smoked, Tempura.

Albacore Tuna can be cut into loin, strip, cube, steak or sliced sashimi. The size can be cut according to the customers' request.
