MARLIN

Marlin is one of several species of big fish, which has an elongated body, nose, fins, backs and snout.

Marlin is an excellent source of vitamins, containing magnesium, lean protein and low in sodium. Marlin also rich in niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and selenium. 

 

Suggested Preparations: Grilled, Smoked, Seared or Steamed.

Marlin can be cut into loin or steak. The size can be cut according to the customers' request.
