MAHI MAHI

Mahi mahi is also known as dolphin fish.  It has a delicate flavor that is almost sweet. Mahi-mahi is valued for its firm, mild-flavored flesh, which makes it a popular choice for seafood dishes. 

 

Suggested Preparations: Grilled, Broiled, Sautéed, Fried or used in various recipes like ceviche or fish tacos

Mahi mahi can be cut into fillet or steak. The size can be cut according to the customers' request.
